This property is only used on Windows platforms.

Setting this property will cause the Wrapper to allocate and display a console window when running as a Windows Service or with the consoleless version of the Wrapper binary "wrapperW.exe". In the case of a service, the console will only be visible if the wrapper.ntservice.interactive property is also set to TRUE.

The default value is "FALSE".
