This procedure assumes that you already have a Server License and have already generated a license key. Server Licenses can be reset immediately online from your Server License Management Page. Resetting a server license key, requires available Reset Credit(s). Further details for reset credits are available for you in the Server License Agreement page.

License Key Reset Overview

This page will walk you through the process of resetting one or more license key(s) and how to purchase reset credit(s). When you purchase a server license, it also includes one free license key reset. License Key Reset(s) can be used any time prior to the end of the Upgrade Term. Please note that it's not possible to reset Trial licenses.

If you don't have any reset credits, you can purchase additional reset credits in the next step.
